We do not require any personal data if you want to look at our web-sites, the privileges offered by the Ramstore club cards or the mobile applications, but if you want to participate in any of the opportunities and services offered by our web-sites and applications, we may ask you to provide various personal and demographic data. For example, they may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, age and gender.

Ramstore stores all personal data of customers in security zones and collects the following data:

Ramstore mobile application may automatically collect the following information related to customers:

• The brand/model of the phone,
• The operating system of your phone,
• Location information

(the information referring to the location is given with your prior consent)

By uninstalling the application from your phone you may block the data flow at any time (you may place data from your phone through setting and permitting the application at your phone).

Ramstore does not use cookies in any of its channels.

2. How do we use the data we collect?

All the information collected shall be used exclusively for the purposes indicated when you submitted your data during the data collection process or for the purposes determined by the Privacy and Security Policy.  During the registration process you may be offered your personal data to be used for activities or services different than those for which you have registered on our web-site or application.

Benefits of the usage Ramstore Club Card

Ramstore Club Card offers our customers the possibility to buy certain products at a lower price, as well as to collect points at the same time. The points our customers shall collect today, may be used the very next day as cash.

When and how to collect points?

Points are collected cumulatively, within a period of 12 months, from the beginning until the end of the calendar year.

The usage of the points from your Ramstor Club Card is very simple:

The points accumulated may be used the very next day after your first shopping in the new year, i.e. after 02/01 or any other day within the framework of the calendar year.
Example:
For the calendar year 2018, the points accumulated may be used from 01/01/2018 to 01/01/2019.

After the expiry of this period, the unused points shall be erased from your Ramstor Club Card and a new cumulative period shall be restarted.

Access and updating of data

You may add data or update the existing data by accessing our website or mobile application.  You will never be asked to deliver your password, username, credit card details or other personal data via e-mail. This method of stealing your personal data and using them for fraudulent purposes is called “Phishing”. In case you receive a message which seems to be sent by us asking you to deliver your personal data, please do not reply.

Our goal is to provide you with access to your personal data whenever you use our services. If your data is incomplete or inaccurate, you may update or delete the data by using the mobile application or our website. When updating your personal data, we may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we may respond to your request. In order to become informed about your data registered into our data base or to update your personal data, you may use the services of the contact center or the info desks located into our supermarkets.

What are your rights regarding the data we collect? 

There are certain rights related to the data we collect within the framework of this Policy.  You are entitled:

• To find out whether your personal data have been already processed or they are in the stage of processing at the moment;
• If they are in the stage of processing, you may obtain information related to them;
• To find out the purpose of processing of your data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose determined;
• If the data are inaccurate, you may request an update of the data;
• You may request your data to be erased or annulled.

Ramstore shall undertake all necessary technical measures for the purpose of ensuring the privacy and security of the personal data collected through our website or mobile application. The data collected are not disclosed to anyone, but they are only authorized by the employees responsible for performing analyses who have access to the data. If the user has not filed a request for deletion of the personal data or cancellation of the entire programme the data shall be permanently kept in the security systems of Ramstore.

Deregistration from the notifications list

If you do not want to be included into our informative list you may decide to leave the list at any time by updating your data. Ramstore reserves the right to amend or supplement the privacy policy at any time. Any amendment or addition shall be posted on our website or mobile application.

Ramstore family shall directly or indirectly inform the user about the general and special campaigns, benefits, products, promotion of services, advertisements, market researches and other pleasures for the customers, textual messages (SMS), mobile application, notifications, e-mail, phone call etc.

The commercial messages and all other messages shall be sent to the customers by various means of electronic communication. The customer may request Ramstore to inform him/her about his/her rights related to the processing of his/her personal data at the abovementioned addresses, as well as to add, change, delete or stop the usage of his/her personal data if these data are incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.  RAMSTORE MAKEDONIJA DOO Skopje shall prevent the further usage of the customers’ personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 15 days of the receipt of the notification.

Acceptance of membership criteria

By pressing the “Accept” button, the buyer confirms that he/she has fully read, understood and accepted the conditions for usage of the service of the Ramstore programme.

Ramstore preserves the right to change or terminate this loyalty programme at any time.

Ramstore is obliged to notify all the users of the loyalty programme about any change.

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to take part into the loyalty programme.
