HOW TO OBTAIN A RAMSTORE CLUB CARD?

Ramstore Club Card may be bought at any cashier’s desk at a price of MKD 30, 00 in every Ramstore Supermarket and it has unlimited validity.

Along with the card you will get a form to be filled out with your data.  Please deliver the completed form to the Info Desks in the Ramstore supermarkets, so that your data may be registered into our data base of customers. Whenever you come to the cashier’s desk, please present your Ramstore Club Card, so the lady working at the cashier’s desk lady shall register it into the system in an adequate manner.

Each Ramstore Club Card has a unique registration number.
It cannot be replaced in case it has been damaged or lost.

WHEN AND HOW TO COLLECT POINTS?

Points are collected cumulatively, within a period of 12 months, from the beginning until the end of the calendar year.

You can use the points from you Ramstore Club Card in a very simple manner:

The points accumulated may be used the very next day after your first shopping in the new year, i.e. after 02/01 or any other day within the framework of the calendar year.
Example:
For the calendar year 2024, the points accumulated may be used from 02/01/2024 до 01/01/2025.

After the expiry of this period, the unused points shall be erased from your Ramstore Club Card and a new cumulative period shall be restarted.

In case you would like to get information about the total amount of points collected, you may request this information at any of the cashier’s desks in our supermarkets.
