2 cups of Sezon Baldo rice
1 cup Pastavilla Arpa Sehriye (pasta)
1 cup boiled ТАТ boiled chickpea
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of hot water
1 teaspoon of salt
Wash the rice well and soak in warm water for half an hour. Put the Arpa Sehriye in a pot and fry it until it gains pink colour. Turn the stove off and wait for the pot to cool. Add butter and stir until it melts. Wring the rice and add it in the pot, continue stirring. Add the boiling water into the rice, add salt and cook at medium temperature until it is nicely done. When it’s done, remove the rice from the stove, cover it with a napkin and place the lid on the pot.
