Ramstore Club Card offers our customers the possibility to buy certain products at a lower price, as well as to collect points at the same time. The points our customers shall collect today, may be used the very next day as cash.
When and how to collect points?
Points are collected cumulatively, within a period of 12 months, from the beginning until the end of the calendar year.
The usage of the points from your Ramstor Club Card is very simple:
The points accumulated may be used the very next day after your first shopping in the new year, i.e. after 02/01 or any other day within the framework of the calendar year.
For the calendar year 2018, the points accumulated may be used from 01/01/2018 to 01/01/2019.
After the expiry of this period, the unused points shall be erased from your Ramstor Club Card and a new cumulative period shall be restarted.
Access and updating of data
You may add data or update the existing data by accessing our website or mobile application. You will never be asked to deliver your password, username, credit card details or other personal data via e-mail. This method of stealing your personal data and using them for fraudulent purposes is called “Phishing”. In case you receive a message which seems to be sent by us asking you to deliver your personal data, please do not reply.
Our goal is to provide you with access to your personal data whenever you use our services. If your data is incomplete or inaccurate, you may update or delete the data by using the mobile application or our website. When updating your personal data, we may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we may respond to your request. The customer may request Ramstore to inform him/her about his/her rights related to the processing of his/her personal data at the abovementioned addresses, as well as to add, change, delete or stop the usage of his/her personal data if these data are incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. RAMSTORE MAKEDONIJA DOO Skopje shall prevent the further usage of the customers’ personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 15 days of the receipt of the notification.
Acceptance of membership criteria
By pressing the “Accept” button, the buyer confirms that he/she has fully read, understood and accepted the conditions for usage of the service of the Ramstore programme.
Ramstore preserves the right to change or terminate this loyalty programme at any time.
Ramstore is obliged to notify all the users of the loyalty programme about any change.
