500 gr. kadaifi
200 gr. walnuts
150-200 gr. butter
300 gr. sugar
1 lemon
50 gr. raisins
Smear the baking tray with butter and place half of the kadaifi on the tray. Add the grinded walnuts mixed with raisins, sprinkle with butter and add the other half of the kadaifi. Sprinkle the rest of the butter and bake it in an oven for approximately 40 minutes. Boil the sugar with 200gr. of water and lemon juice and pour it over the baked kadaifi. The kadaifi should be cold, while the sorbet hot.
