DESERT MUHALLEBI WITH APRICOTES

Preparation:  

1 litre of milk is mixed with the contents of the Dr. Oetker Muhallebi packet; it is then cooked at low temperature with constant stirring. After it boils, stir for another 4 to 5 minutes, and leave it to cool. Put dried apricots in a bowl and pour the slightly cooled desert over the apricots. 

Put in a fridge to cool. When serving, flip over the desert and additionally decorate with chopped walnuts or hazelnuts, if desired.
