According to the recipe, add 50 gr. margarine, 2 eggs, and 50 ml. milk.
to soften the sponge cake, add 350 ml. of milk, 1-2 tablespoons of coffee
2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

for the cream: 400ml. cold milk, 200 gr. feta or cream cheese.
Preparation of the dough:
Mix the flour, eggs, milk and margarine for about 3 minutes. Put the dough in a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake it in the recommended temperature. After it cools, separate the sponge cake in two equal parts.
Preparation of the cream and softening the sponge cake:
Put the first half of the sponge cake on a serving dish. Soften it with half of the mix of coffee, powdered sugar and milk (add rum or almond liqueur, if desired). Put the cream powder and two glasses of cold milk in an appropriate dish and mix for about 3 minutes, then add the cheese and mix for another 1 minute.
Soften the lower part of the sponge cake and smear half of the cream. Then place the upper part of the sponge cake and soften it again. Use the rest of the cream to cover the cake and then put it in a fridge for at least 1 hour. Before serving, decorate the cake with the decorating powder.
The dough is baked for 15-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 С.
